In Oslo, we have succeeded in reducing investment costs
while utilizing existing systems in a much
more efficient way. The project has also improved
the indoor climate and contributes to more energy- and
resource-efficient operation of the entire property.

Currentum Continues to Grow—Acquires Finnish Company Lahden Putkipalvelut
The Currentum installation group is expanding its operations and continuing its growth through the acquisition of the Finnish company Lahden Putkipalvelut Oy, which has its headquarters in Lahti and employs 33 people. The company’s revenue totaled approximately 7.2 million euros in 2025.
Currentum Strengthens Its Position in Trondheim—Acquires Tung Rør AS
Currentum continues its growth in the Norwegian market through the acquisition of Tung Rør AS. The company operates in Trøndelag, with its headquarters in Rissa, and has approximately 28 employees. Its customer base consists primarily of professional players in the construction and real estate sectors, as well as public-sector clients, with a particularly strong presence in the region’s defense sector.
Currentum Expands Its Presence in Småland – Acquires Åkessons Rör in Tranås
Currentum continues to expand and is now welcoming Åkessons Rör in Tranås to the group. Through this acquisition, Currentum is establishing a presence in a new part of Småland while strengthening its offerings in plumbing and heating installations.

Energilager skapar nya förutsättningar för energieffektivitet på Campus Sickla
Atrium Ljungberg tog ett tydligt kliv mot en mer hållbar energiförsörjning genom installationen av en ny solcellsanläggning på Campus Sickla, där lösningen för energilagring skapar helt nya förutsättningar för energieffektivisering. Currentumbolaget Gullikssons El ansvarade för installationen, som har resulterat i både smartare användning av fastighetens energi och minskad klimatpåverkan i kommunen.

In 2025, Currentum’s subsidiaries took on 204 apprentices, up from 148 the previous year. By offering apprenticeships, our companies contribute both to the industry’s future skills and to more people discovering the opportunities in the installation profession.
