Currentum Strengthens Its Position in Trondheim—Acquires Tung Rør AS

Currentum continues its growth in the Norwegian market through the acquisition of Tung Rør AS. The company operates in Trøndelag, with its headquarters in Rissa, and has approximately 28 employees. Its customer base consists primarily of professional players in the construction and real estate sectors, as well as public-sector clients, with a particularly strong presence in the region’s defense sector.

Tung Rør is a full-service provider in the fields of heating, plumbing, sprinkler systems, and cooling, and has long built a strong market position through high-quality deliveries and efficient project execution. The company generated revenue of approximately 66 million Norwegian kroner in 2025, with strong profitability.
