Whistleblower service
In our Group, we are open-minded and address challenges as they arise – directly and with those affected. If serious misconduct occurs that violates laws or our own policies, employees, suppliers, consultants, subcontractors or customers can anonymously raise the alarm via our whistleblowing service.
Whistleblowing policy
Please read our Whistleblowing Policy for clear guidance on when and how to report serious misconduct in your company in situations where the normal reporting procedure is not applicable. All disclosures of serious misconduct should be handled in a fair and proper manner. The policy is developed taking into account the Act (2016:749) on special protection against reprisals for employees who report serious misconduct – also known as the Whistleblower Act. Furthermore, there is an enhanced protection from the EU Whistleblower Directive which states that the whistleblower shall be protected by confidentiality.
Notification
The notification goes directly to an external party, WhistleB. The Chairman of the Currentum Board is then contacted.
The Chair of the Board decides whether to take the case further, with the support of HR, the lawyer or the company CEO depending on the nature of the investigation.
To the extent deemed appropriate, the Chair of the Board provides regular feedback to the whistleblower on how the case is being handled. In the case of an anonymous report, this is done via the external whistleblowing partner.
