The day was led by Sakari Toikkanen, Country Manager Finland, and included both analysis of outcomes from 2025 and goals and focus going forward. All Finnish companies were presented, which gave a valuable overall picture of the business and strengthened the knowledge of each other’s business and strengths. Group representatives, the Group CEO and HR/Communications/Sustainability manager, as well as those responsible for purchasing agreements and finance in Finland participated and shared their perspectives and insights for the year ahead.
– It was great to go through our current situation and goals together with key people and strengthen local cooperation,” says Sakari Toikkanen, Country Manager Finland.
The evening ended with team cooking under the guidance of chefs from the Perho Restaurant School in Helsinki. It was a much appreciated activity that strengthened both community and team spirit.
