The change, which took effect on 1 January 2026, is part of a new organizational structure and a next step towards long-term growth and increased profitability.
The country managers will work together within Group Management and in close cooperation with management teams and companies in each country. The change primarily entails a new way of working in Sweden, which has previously only been region-based. The regions will function as before, but now within the framework of Currentum Sweden, while the corresponding country organization already existed in Norway and Finland.
Anders Ettre, with long experience in management roles, continues to lead operations in Norway and remains CEO of the Currentum company Randem & Hübert. Sakari Toikkanen, with many years of experience in the industry, continues to be responsible for operations in Finland. In Sweden, Fredrik Ljungkvist will take on the role of Country Manager. With solid industry experience, he comes most recently from the role of regional manager for Currentum East and as CEO of the Currentum company Ventilationsprojekt AB.
The new structure clarifies responsibilities and decision-making paths, and gives Currentum a stable platform for continued development. It also creates better conditions for coordination, to take advantage of synergies, and gives Currentum’s companies even stronger support in their daily work.
